Damaged or Poor Quality Printed Item

Wrong Item

Delivery Delays

Return Policy

Image Quality
Please be aware that we consider the image quality on the t-shirt to be good. Therefore, image-related issues cannot be accepted as a reason for return.
Note: Peeluna operates as a print-on-demand company, and our process involves several steps:
- Customer places an order.
- We process the order and proceed with printing (2-3 business days).
- Goods are packed and delivered to the customer via UPS, USPS, DHL, or other delivery services (4-7 business days).
If your order has already exceeded the 12-hour cancellation window, we are unable to cancel it as the item would have already been produced. However, please contact us via email, and if your order is still in the processing stage, we will assist you accordingly.
