REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to our address.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.
- For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
