SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Peeluna! When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement and then shipped. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends, which may cause delays. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days. Incomplete payments or incorrect address information may also delay order processing.

SHIPPING METHOD

Packages shipped from our U.S. warehouse located at 366 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Conroe, Texas, United States, are delivered via USPS.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping times, beginning when your order is placed and ending upon delivery to your address.

  • Processing Time (1-2 business days): Preparing your items, quality checks, and packing for shipment.
  • Shipping Time (7-12 business days): Time taken for your items to travel from our warehouse to your location.

Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM.

SHIPPING FEE:

  • Continental US: Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all items
  • Rest of the World: Standard Shipping: $7.99 for all items

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES BY LOCATION:

  • United States: 7-12 working days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-25 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-25 working days
  • Rest of World: 15-35 working days

Note: These times do not include our 1-2 day processing period.

TRACKING INFORMATION

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. It may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update. If tracking details are not available within 5 days of order placement, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the details, which can delay your delivery.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

You have 24 hours to update your shipping address. For changes, please email [email protected].

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If issues are identified within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via [email protected] for assistance. Beyond this period, you may need to contact the carrier directly to correct any address errors.

To minimize shipping costs, we use one-way shipping services. If a package is returned to the sender, it may be sent to the shipping agency’s storage and not back to our warehouse. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The package failed to be delivered after multiple attempts by the shipper.
  • You refused the package.
  • Delivery failed due to issues with the provided shipping address.
  • The package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you claim not to have received it.

For lost or missing packages agreed to be replaced by Peeluna, we will provide you with the carrier’s information and tracking number.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Peeluna does not handle these fees; they are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The shipping carrier will invoice you directly upon delivery based on local tax laws. Please check with your country’s customs office to understand any additional costs.
